perfect and easyy to unnderstand,
nice picture which makes it handy while practice

The book was good for some basic knowledge and terminology but more specific techniques are available on the flyer that comes with a box of kinesiology tape. Not worth the cost.
As someone who does taping for quite a while yet, I must conclude it's not very helpful for "normal" ppl and as for me as a professional I've never seen so few of explanation for such a complex theme. And some parts are totally missing. Sorry, 10 wasted dollars.
I expected more information or variations for muscle strains or overuse injuries. On the kindle version, the pictures do not line up correctly with the pages and are sometimes not in order. I took my own knowledge of origin/insertion points and muscle actions and combined it with their techniques which according to the athletes and individuals I work with was more beneficial.
